Just to update the announcement (below)!

Had a lovely time at the awards presentation - humbling to be amongst such talented women and feeling a little bit proud that I actually won an award!

Thank you to everyone who has/is helping me on my way.

For Lantra's press release about the awards presentation

For Lantra's case study on me!

I have been contacted today by Lantra to advise me that I have been successfully nominated and have won Lantra's Horticulture, Landscaping and Sports Turf Learner of the Year 2010/11 award.  I am really pleased and am looking forward to a celebration lunch at Nailcote Hall on Wednesday 30 March where I will be presented my award by Baroness Wall.

It seems that I will be contacted by a freelance writer who will carry out a case study on me and this will be included as part of Lantra's press release.  So watch this space!!  If you want to find out more about the Lantra Women and Work Awards click here.
