Bringing the Design to Life

Posted by on in Garden Design

Well it has been a very exiting day today I have been to see one of my garden designs being brought to life.  When I arrived at my customers house the builders were there working away and have so far laid the patio, built a wall and given it a first render, built the pond (see below), installed the water chute and the electrician was there too!

Oh Deer!

Posted by on in Gardening

deerI read an interesting article recently in the Society of Garden Designers Journal about deer. When we think of deer most of us think how mysterious, shy and cute they are but not for those who are plagued with the damage they can inflict on our precious gardens.

Posted by on in News & Views

It is that time of year when activity in the garden has slowed down but you can still plan ahead.

I'm not going to try and convince you to save water or make your own compost because there is so much in the press about it at the moment explaining how it can save you money and look after the environment.

Instead I'm going to point you in the right direction to get hold of composters and water butts especially if you have made some New Year resolutions to be a bit more self sustaining and reduce the amount of waste you create.
